Our billing structure is simple and transparent, designed to keep every client profitable. You pay a fixed monthly fee for service maintenance plus 20% of the profit you generate—no hidden costs.
Invoices are sent on the 1st of every month via email.

How to connect
Monthly fee
The monthly fee is a fixed amount tied to your portfolio size and covers service maintenance plus continuous bot operation.
On first activation
When you connect the bots for the first time we detect your portfolio tier and bill a proportional amount for the remaining days of the month.
Example: Activate on June 15 with a small portfolio and you pay $2.50 for the remaining 15 days. Bots start immediately and on July 1 you receive the full $5 invoice.
From the following month
Every 1st of the month you receive the full monthly fee for your tier.
Performance fee
The performance fee applies only when you are profitable. At month end we total all closed trades, calculate the profit, and take 20% regardless of portfolio size.
Important
- Calculated exclusively on closed trades (PnL).
- No performance fee is charged for months without profit.
Calculation example
Small portfolio – first month
The client activates the bots on June 15 with a $2,000 portfolio (Small tier).
June 15 – First charge
- Tier: Small portfolio (up to $3,999).
- Pro-rated monthly fee: $5 × (15 / 30) = $2.50.
- Client pays $2.50 and the bots go live instantly.
During June
- Bots generate $80 profit.
July 1 – Regular billing
- Monthly fee: $5.00.
- Performance fee: $80 × 20% = $16.00.
- Total invoice: $21.00.

All bots are billed through a single invoice.
Monthly fee: you automatically move to the Large portfolio tier ($25/month) regardless of portfolio value.
